Recipe – Teriyaki Beef Stir-fry on Noodles
Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry on Noodles
Servings: 3
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
1 steak
3 pieces of fire roasted red pepper
½ green pepper
1 cup of corn niblets
3 servings of rice noodle or pasta
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp chili sauce paste
6 tsp teriyaki sauce
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp peanut oil
3-6 portions of any fruit on the side (optional)
Bring a pot with water to a boil, and start to preheat a skillet pan to medium
Finely slice the green peppers, roasted red peppers, then streak to the same size. Season with salt and pepper. Always cut green peppers skin-side down.
Add oil to pan, and add the stuff you just cut. Add corn to the pan. Stir-fry until it starts to caramelize. Add chili paste, teriyaki sauce and some soy sauce, add a bit more pepper. The sauces are already salty, so it should have enough salt.
Follow the instructions of cooking the noodles you choose, if it’s a rice noodle, it should only take a few minutes. If its pasta, it can take longer. Make sure to add a few pinches of salt to the water when cooking noodles.
Prepare some fruits to eat on the side, and start to plate, Stir-fry on top of noodles, put some more soy sauce on it so the noodles soak it up.
Enjoy.
